“What We Lost in Blindness.” Human Rights Day, 2024
Excited to share the release of a new anthology from Moonstone Press in honor of Human Rights Day! 🎉📚

I’m honored to have a poem included in this collection: “What We Lost in Blindness.” This piece is especially meaningful to me and has inspired a larger project I’m working on about the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which is coming later this year.

This anthology commemorates 75 years since the United Nations adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, a profound document created by people from diverse backgrounds. Its 30 articles champion essential freedoms for a just society—education, medical care, food, and the right to participate in elections, to name a few.

I’d love for you to check it out and join the celebration of these vital principles! 🌍✨
